  Advanced Reservations

While it is always possible to obtain a TimAir Limited flight without making advance reservations, it is advisable that you reserve your fight ahead of time.  Advance reservations enable TimAir Operations to have a plane waiting for you when you arrive at the TimAir Check In Counter in the Domestic Terminal.  Your local, professional travel agent can make your charter reservations for you, but we encourage our passengers to easily make their own reservations directly, using the Advanced Reservations Request Form below.

Should you wish to speak to a customer service representative directly, you can call TimAir Reservations at 876-952-2516 or 876-979-1114 or you can send a fax to 876-979-1113.  We look forward to hearing from you!

Cancellation: In the event your vacation plans should change, you are asked to please notify TimAir as soon as possible, in order that the plane reserved for you can be released for other passengers. Thank you.

Advanced Reservations Request Form

To submit your advance reservations, simply fill in the blanks in the form below completely and click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form (only click the "Submit" button once).  Please note that all of the information in red is required in order to process your reservation request, including your full name, e-mail address, address, phone number(s),  your arrival airline, flight number and date and time of arrival in Jamaica, if known Include  the desired origin and destination airports, round trip or one way flight option, number of passengers, requested flight date / dates and resort name.  The information will be received directly at TimAir Operations.

Note:Do not include any financial data, e.g. credit card information.  Your reserved charter flight is not charged until you check in at the TimAir counter.

TimAir wishes to ensure that your reservation requests are received immediately, in advance of your arrival in Jamaica.  In the past, some people may have experienced problems submitting the form below, due to their browser and/or e-mail program or their ISP not supporting form submission.  Therefore, as soon as you submit the form, you will be transferred to a Confirmation web page that displays your submitted information.  (We suggest that you print out the confirmation page.)  Your Advance Reservation Request confirmation was also been sent directly to TimAir Limited in Montego Bay and you should shortly receive an automatic Confirmation by e-mail, as well as a confirming e-mail from the office. 

Note: We suggest that you print out the Confirmation you receive (or the Confirmation web page showing what you submitted) and bring it with you to Jamaica, to present to the TimAir agent at the Check In Counter.  Should you not receive your Confirmation within two days after submitting the form, we apologize for any inconvenience and we ask that you immediately resend your Advance Reservations Request, e-mail it (including all information shown below) directly to TimAir Limited or telephone TimAir direct at 876-952-2516.
